Tri-County Insurance Associates was founded in 1979 when Jim Troutman and Roy Kissinger took over the Davis Insurance Agency of Klingerstown and the Roy Paul Insurance Agency of Tower City, Pennsylvania. Recently, Tri-County has undergone a transition with new owners Christian and Patrick Halcovich taking over the agency to position the company for continued growth in the future. The Halcovich Brothers come from an insurance family with over forty years of knowledge and experience.
